Work | 2024 - Present

  • Shifted the team to agentic development: we write specs first, then Claude Code agents connected to our tools through MCP servers implement, test and review the features, while engineers own the architecture and code quality. Built this way, the internal platform shipped in 8 weeks instead of 6 months
  • Developing and maintaining the Customer Platform, a B2B marketplace for secondary metals trading, including notifications, order tracking, bidding, and shipment management
  • Rebuilding the internal Trading Platform from a vibe-coded Lovable app into a production-ready full-stack application for orders, finance, hedging, shipments, claims, and documents, migrated with zero downtime for the trading team
  • Built an automated bug triage flow for Foundry: every new ticket on our board triggers a Claude Code agent that checks it against the codebase, classifies it as a bug or a feature request, and when confident implements the fix and opens a draft PR. This cut bug fixing time from 1-2 days to 1-2 hours, and developers spend no time on preparation, only reviewing the final result
  • Implementing a reusable design system with Storybook and shadcn/ui across multiple applications
  • Maintaining an Nx monorepo housing three apps: Customer Platform, Static Website (SSR), and Sanity CMS Studio
  • Leading the CMS migration from Contentful to Sanity using Claude Code, pioneering AI-assisted workflows
  • Going on-site to sorting centers to understand the business first-hand, and working directly with stakeholders from plant operators up to C-level
